RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Gray & Co Design we have a no return policy on Furniture, Art, Beauty, Home décor, Lighting, Rugs, Accessories and Soft furnishings, unless it is damaged or faulty. Incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind, there will be no refund. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return within 7 days of purchase along with proof of purchase. To exchange a product for a credit note or another item please do so within 7 days by contacting us via email. Please note that for the item to be returned to us the cost of shipping will not be covered by Gray & Co Design and will be the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES

All item/s are to be in new, unwashed and unused condition with all tags attached. 
Gray & Co Design will not be responsible for any items returned that are not returned in new condition. 
Gray & Co Design will not accept your exchange if we consider the item/s used. 
All purchases on sale items are final. 
There will be NO exchange or refund on Artwork. 
There will be NO exchange or refund on custom orders. 

Gray & Co Design prides themselves on sourcing unique pieces that may be of antique origin, handmade or some pieces may not be perfect and will have individual characteristics that are not considered faults, this is why we have chosen them. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Gray & Co Design within 2 days of receiving the item for a replacement (if available), store credit or a refund. Please submit a damage / faulty return request to our Customer Care Team to assist with organising your return via email.

You may be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment. Gray & Co Design will give you the option to arrange a replacement for part/whole of the item or provide you with a store credit or a refund. Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose with your original order. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists (you will be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so).

We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.
