AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Here at Gray & Co Design we pride ourselves in supplying not only exceptional products but also service, this means delivering items to you as safely and promptly as possible. We use a variety of trusted logistic partners for delivery to obtain the most cost effective and efficient shipping option for your order.

If you wish to purchase a larger item, please contact gray@grayandco.com.au to receive a shipping quote. Alternatively, shipping can be confirmed once order is received and address details supplied, please allow up to 2 working days. This option will then require payment for shipping at a later date. 

We do have shipping costs allocated to items which are fixed and will appear when checking out. These shipping costs are subject to change.

 

The flat shipping rates are as followed:

Standard shipping (e.g. Home décor and Accessories, Soft Furnishings) - $10

Large items- (e.g. Furniture, Lighting, Rugs) - Contact us for a quote

Processing and delivery take approximately 1-4 days.

REST OF THE WORLD

We offer Flat Rate $60 AUD for standard shipping on selected home décor and accessories.

We do not ship furniture or large items.

Orders are dispatched within 7-14 days and tracking will be provided directly to you.

Generally, orders will be received within 20 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.

Items shipped internationally are NOT insured against loss or damage - unless stated otherwise. Once your order is placed and dispatched, it is viewed by the chosen courier company as your property. Any missing items or damages are the responsibility of the purchaser.

There may be delays during promotional periods, sales and over holiday seasons. 

Pease be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.
